1. What we collect
Email, TradingView username, payment data (handled by our crypto processor — we never see card info), and basic usage analytics.
2. Why we collect it
To deliver indicator access, send transactional emails, prevent fraud, and improve the product. We don't sell data.
3. Cookies
We use cookies only for session and preference storage. No advertising trackers.
4. Third parties
TradingView (for indicator access) and a transactional-email provider (Postmark / Resend). All bound by data-processing agreements. If we add card processing in future, this policy will be updated and you will be notified.
5. Your rights
GDPR/CCPA: request export or deletion at any time via privacy@mattobot.io. We respond within 30 days.
6. Data retention
Account data kept while your account is active. Closed accounts purged after 90 days, except where law requires retention (tax records: 7 years).
7. Security
TLS 1.3 in transit. AES-256 at rest. Independent security review at major releases. Vulnerability reports welcome at security@mattobot.io.
