All sales are final
Every Mattobot indicator purchase is final. Once payment confirms on-chain and the indicator is bound to your TradingView account, no refunds will be issued. We do not offer refunds, store credit, or chargebacks under any circumstances.
Why no refunds?
Indicator access is digital and instant. The moment your payment confirms, the script is delivered to your TradingView library and you have full, permanent access to it. Once delivered, there is no way to 'return' the product.
How to evaluate before buying
Every indicator's detail page includes a live demo on real market data, the full backtest report (win rate, Sharpe, drawdown, trade count), the markets and timeframes it's designed for, and reviews from existing customers. Take the time to look through these before checkout — that's exactly what they're there for.
Wrong indicator purchased?
We can't refund or swap purchases. Please double-check the indicator name and your TradingView username at checkout.
Crypto-payment safety
Always verify the destination wallet address matches the one shown on screen. We do not message customers asking for additional payment, password reset, or any other crypto transfer outside the checkout flow.
Disputes
If you believe a charge was unauthorized, contact desk@mattobot.io within 7 days with your order ID and we'll investigate. Authorized purchases are non-refundable per the policy above.
